Registration Benefits for International and Overseas-Affiliated Students
Students Affiliated with Overseas Institutions
- Benefit: Free registration for all students affiliated with overseas institutions.
- How to Apply: Submit the registration form through the online registration system.
International Students Affiliated with Institutions in Korea (국내 기관 소속의 외국인 학생)
- Requirement: All registrants must be international students affiliated with the same institution.

- Register 3 students → 1 additional student receives free registration (3+1)
- Register 5 students → 2 additional students receive free registration (5+2)

How to Apply:
- Submit the registration form through the online registration system.
- After registration, send the four-digit registration numbers for all students (3+1 or 5+2) to registration@kontrs.or.kr .
Discount for KoNTRS Member (나노기술연구협의회 정회원 등록비 할인)
- The registration fee discount applies to full members who have paid annual membership fee and approved by the KoNTRS Steering Committee. The KoNTRS membership is available on the KoNTRS website below, and approval takes about a month after the annual membership fee is paid.
- You can check your full membership status at “My Page > Payment Status (우측 상단 마이페이지 > 납부현황)” after logging
in to the KoNTRS Website. In order to receive the registration fee discount, your personal information must
be updated. Discount will be applied from the day after updating your personal information.

Definition of Student (학생 정의)
- A student must be enrolled in education up to Ph.D. level and have a valid student card. If you register as a student, please bring your student card when you pick up your name tag. You could not apply for student registration without evidence you are a student.
VISA Invitation Letter (비자초청장)
- The visa invitation letter is available only to abstract authors of NANO KOREA 2026 who have completed their registration payment. After submitting the registration form and completing the payment, you may apply for the letter through the registration list. Once reviewed and approved, the letter will be sent to you by email and will also be available in the online system at all times, together with other supporting documents.
- For other visa-related documents, required documents vary by country or region. Please check the website of the relevant embassy or consulate for accurate information.

- (For Foreigner) This payment method is provided by Eximbay and is billed as www.eximbay.com

- 본 결제 방식은 현장에서의 수기 결제가 아닌 온라인 시스템을 통한 결제입니다.
3) By Bank Transfer
- Once you complete the registration form, you can check NANO KOREA 2026 account information.
(등록 시스템 내에서 등록폼 작성을 완료하면, 입금해야 할 계좌정보를 확인할 수 있습니다.) - The sender’s name MUST BE Registration number(4-digits) or registrant’s name.
- All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrant.
- We are not responsible for the inability to verify registrant information due to mismatch in the sender name format. Please be sure to read the remittance name form provided before sending the money.
After remittance, please be sure to send an email to the secretariat (registration@kontrs.or.kr) along with the
deposit receipt (date, remitter's name, amount)
and your 4-digit registration number.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Please notify NANO KOREA 2026 secretariat in writing to registration@kontrs.or.kr to request a refund and cancel your registration.
- All bank service charges are to be paid by the registrant.
- Refunds will be made after the conference and the registration fees are refundable as specified below.

How can I check my registration number?
Records of submitted registration forms can be found in the table under the "Registration Submission/Status" tab.
The four-digit number on the left side of the table is your registration number. Please note that the registration number is different from your abstract ID.I accidentally submitted the registration form multiple times. How can I delete one of them?
You may delete any unnecessary registration form by clicking the “Delete” button on the far right of the list. Please note that only unpaid registration forms can be deleted. If the “Delete” button is not visible, please contact the Secretariat at registration@kontrs.or.kr with your four-digit registration number.
After entering all the required information in the online payment popup and clicking ‘Submit,’ the page does not proceed to the next step.
In some cases, the payment popup may be blocked, preventing further progress. Please check your browser settings and disable the POP-UP blocker, clear cookies, and try again. We recommend using G o o g l e Chrome for the best experience.
I would like to modify some of my registration details (participant type, payment method, etc.).
- Before payment: You can directly modify your details using the "Modify" button before completing the payment.
- After payment: Please send the registration number (four digits) and the details you wish to change to the Secretariat at registration@kontrs.or.kr .
I need supporting documents related to my registration (invoice, receipt, confirmation letter, etc.).
Please submit the registration form via the online system first. You will then be able to access the relevant documents based on your payment status:
- Invoice: Available after submitting the registration form.
- Receipt / Confirmation Letter: Available only after completing the payment.
- Participation Certificate: Available from the first day of the conference (July 8, 2026).
