Guideline for Abstract Submission
- All presenters are required to create an account and submit their abstracts through the online abstract
submission system.
- Prior to submission, please download the
template provided below and prepare your abstract in both MS Word and PDF formats.
- Each participant may submit and present only one abstract (1인당 하나의 초록만 제출
및 발표할 수 있습니다.)
- At least one author of each accepted abstract must complete their registration by the presenter registration deadline. (초록이 채택된
발표자는 발표자 등록 마감일까지 등록을 완료해야 합니다.)
- Be sure to review the detailed guidelines carefully and confirm that your abstract meets all submission
requirements.
STEP 1 Click the “Abstract
Submission" button below.
STEP 2 Sign up and Login
STEP 4 After the abstract submission, the presenter and corresponding author will
receive the confirmation letter from the NANO KOREA 2026 secretariat by e-mail.
STEP 5 The submitted abstract will be reviewed by the program
committee and assigned to an appropriate oral or poster session. The presenter will be notified of the
abstract's acceptance via email in April.
STEP 6 Presenters whose abstracts are accepted must complete the online
registration by May 15, 2026.
Failure to register by this deadline will result in the cancellation of the
abstract submission.
Abstract Template
Please kindly download the template
provided below and prepare your abstract in both MS Word and PDF formats.
The abstract should strictly follow the attached template, with careful attention to formatting details such as

affiliation(s), country, and email address.
| Page Limit |
1 page with single space |
| Title |
Capitalize the first letter of the first word in a title.
(Ex. Nanomaterials and Emerging Technologies for Next Generation Sensors)
|
| Author Information |
- List the authors' names on the first line. For three or more authors, insert
“, and” before the final author’s name.
- On the following line, specify each author’s primary affiliation and country,
using superscript numbers to indicate affiliations. Avoid including specific departments or addresses of
affiliation.

| Abstract |
Abstracts should not include headers, footers, page numbers, or
tables/images. |
| References |
- Listed in the following style.
